This system is ideal when your users are based in diverse locations or when you want to make documents available to customers or suppliers. For example, why tie up valuable customer services time copying and faxing delivery notes to customers, when your clients could just view their files directly through Quantor's web based EDM system, using a secure login.
You can run the system in-house as either an internet or intranet, or Quantor can host the system for you.
