SearchByMail gives you access to your scanned and imported documents, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We store your documents (as either scanned images or as raw text data) at our data centre in the UK.

 

To retrieve a document, you simply send an email to our server (specifying the search index in the subject) and within minutes the requested document will be returned automatically to you as an email attachment.

 

There is no restriction on the number of documents you retrieve, you can request as many documents as you like in the same email. The main benefits are:
