Gift Aid Scanning

If you can't produce Gift Aid certificates on request, you're not entitled to the tax relief and the taxman can demand a refund.  Your liability would be assessed pro rata, and backdated to the start of the Gift Aid scheme in April 2000.  Interest would no doubt be demanded as well!  Quantor can scan all your old certificates, index them and supply them back to you digitally archived and available for instant retrieval.
