Issue
The organisation responsible for administering the construction and maintenance records of privately built aircraft in the UK needed fast and reliable access to the records in the event of an incident. The paper-based system was vulnerable to fire and other physical damage and the increasing quantity meant that space and distribution were becoming an issue.
Solution
Quantor scanned and referenced all the records and imported them into a Quantor Search & View database converting over twenty filing cabinets into 30GB of network storage. Multiple users can now view the records at the same time and email images are available direct from the Software.
